Our network of providers offer outpatient services including traditional therapy, intensive outpatient services, and EAP Services.  Our affiliated physician is available to offer on-site psychiatric services and psychiatric medication monitoring.  

 

If inpatient care is needed we can refer you to a local hospital until you are able to return to outpatient services with your licensed independent counselor.

PROFESSIONAL REFERRALS

 

Referrals can be made to EBHC's Licensed Independent Practitioners in several ways. Referrals can be facilitated by contacting our Call Center directly.  Based on your patients need we can match your patient with the expertise of one of our Networks Licensed Independent Practitioners.  Please call toll free at:

We will schedule your patient with a network therapist and our friendly staff will contact your office to provide you with information about the appointment or fax back the completed referral form (if preferred) as long as a return fax number is provided.
